At AMV I spent 9 months managing a programme of work for Aviva Global - a brand stature campaign. A very wide variety of production deliverables (virtually everything you could throw at a digital campaign) including viral film, facebook app, youtube brand channel, eight websites and wide variety of rich digital advertising. Digital budget of £5M. Worked with B-Reel and MediaMonks.

On this engagement I worked exclusively on launching a new pair of trainers for Reebok in the US (zigtech) - their biggest product launch for some time. $0.5M digital production budget delivered in 8 weeks.

This Windows customer experience campaign was localised in a dozen markets and included website and wide variety of rich format digital advertising. Budget up to £700k (comparable media budget of £2M), highly creative and significant film (video) production works.

As digital production director at Libertine (formerly RPM3 and Beechwood), my main responsibility was the smooth running of the project management function for the agency's digital department. I led a team of project managers and directed a number of high-value projects for clients including Jameson Whiskey, Play.com, HMV, Ryvita, Tabasco and Shepherd Neame. Varied budgets up to £0.5M.
Oct 2007 – Jun 2008 // Emperor Design // Senior Project Manager
As senior digital project manager at Emperor Design, I was responsible for managing all digital projects in the Edinburgh office of this large corporate communications agency. During my time there I had to deliver all services via the 20-strong digital team based in London which involved frequent travel. I also worked with client partners to identify new opportunities and led a number of pitches.
2006 – 2007 // Navyblue Design Group // Senior Project Manager
As senior digital project manager at Navyblue, my main responsibility was the operational management of the 15-strong digital department. As well as leading designers and developers, I worked alongside a number of other project managers and account handlers. Most notable clients included Boots, Kellogg’s, Scottish & Newcastle, Edinburgh Zoo, Football Aid, Ideal Standard and Knoll Furniture. Varied budgets up to £300k.
2004 – 2006 // Lightershade // Project Manager
As digital project manager at Lightershade, I directly managed the design and development teams, undertaking reviews and recruitment as necessary. In addition to this I project-managed all the agency’s projects, working closely with account managers, new business and creative / technical directors. Was also instrumental in implementing new workflow management processes and successfully taking the agency through an ISO90001 accreditation. Worked extensively with Winterthur Life as well as Standard Life, Aegon, Edinburgh Fringe, Cheltenham Festivals and Edinburgh University. Varied budgets up to £0.5M.
2002 – 2004 // McKinstrie Wilde // Project Manager
As digital project manager at McKinstrie Wilde, I was responsible for managing the 5-strong digital team and all digital projects. Technical development was outsourced so I also managed 3rd party contractors. Most significantly, my work with megabus.com and the Stagecoach owners successfully halted Easyjet’s entry into the bus travel industry. Other notable clients included the pharmaceutical giant Inveresk Research and the global flooring manufacturer Altro Transflor. Varied budgets up to £350k.
